Siècle Universel, année 0087. Après avoir remporté la Guerre d’Un An, la Fédération Terrienne a fondé une unité d’élite aux méthodes expéditives : les Titans. En secret, ceux-ci développent un nouveau modèle de Gundam… sur lequel est chargé d’enquêter un certain Quattro Bajeena de l’AEUG, une organisation qui s’oppose au gouvernement terrien. Sur son chemin, il rencontrera Kamille Bidan, un jeune garçon dont le talent lui rappelle celui du héros de la Guerre d’Un An : Amuro Ray.
